Why do I have to enter a code to sign in?
That’s Twitch’s device login. Your password stays on Twitch. We never see it.
Why is there no chat history?
It comes from public log sites, and not every channel is on them. You can also opt your account out of those lookups.
Why did the player change?
Sometimes the built-in player can’t load the stream, so we switch to Twitch’s. It usually flips back on its own.
How do I watch a VOD?
Long-press the channel and tap Past broadcasts. Chat plays back with the video.
How do I remove a saved account?
Sign out, open Saved Accounts, tap the X next to it.
How do I report a message?
Tap the username and choose Report. You can send it to us or take it to Twitch.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Data → Delete my vChat! data. We keep your log opt-out, and any reports other people filed about you.
